For larger celebrations, our stunning and versatile venue is the perfect backdrop to your big day whatever you have in mind. Nestled in private grounds, the impressive historic building will welcome your friends and family with open doors.

The elegant Pentland Suite is a blank canvas which can be dressed to suit your style and theme, to make sure your day is picture perfect.

Our fabulous outdoor reception areas are custom made for celebrating in style, and our leafy gardens a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photographs.

The spacious main hall is perfect for dancing the night away and our comfortable boutique style bedrooms are just the tonic at the end of a very memorable day .

The stylish Pentland Suite is an elegant setting for your wedding ceremony. Our spacious room can accommodate up to 80 guests comfortably in theatre style seating. The room can be dressed to suit your personal style, with crisp white chair covers, your choice of complementary taffeta chair bows & a stunning red or white carpet aisle.


After your nuptials, there are plenty of picture-perfect local beauty spots for memorable photos, or you are welcome to use a dedicated area in our grounds to capture memories of your special day.

"The food on the day was amazing! Nobody went hungry all day and even though people were full they continued to clear their plates because the food tasted so good. “From day one Courtney made sure our Wedding was Special, our first visit she was so full of enthusiasm and genuine delight about the hotel, the hotel was sold to us there and then and what a choice that turned out to be!!! Throughout our visits over time not once were the staff not smiling or friendly and all eager to help. The Wedding Day itself couldn't have gone better it was magical all the staff that day seemed as determined to ensure everything went right for us and it did. Our guests marvelled at the Hotel, the guests staying marvelled at the rooms and there was more than one comment on how great the staff were. Guests who were staying due to coming from further afield have said next time they are up for a visit they will use The Craigie rather than where they usually stayed.
